Is there any way I can change the population limit to 50+ in single player? I do know it's possible for multi-player but is it possible for the single player as well? |

No, for now there isn't. Changing the limit will not make computer players build more than 50 units, nor will improve the ai in any way - on the contrary. Any limit different than 50 breaks compatibility with the original scenarios and campaigns (they were made for 50 pop). |

I'm not sure this will happen, as terrains are complicated. May be in a later version. |

I assume you meant the Farm bug from version 1.0, which allowed you to restore your Farm to 250 Food.
First of all - this (selecting a Farmer with the Farm and pressing S) IS A BUG in the game, which was REMOVED in version 1.0a BY MICROSOFT (in the year 1999), NOT by me. You can see for yourself in the official 1.0a document: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2QLiFRuNRPnMC1adWFYNHR2dzg/edit?pli=1
I changed nothing about this, I just use the latest version of the game as a base, which is the only reasonable thing to do, as the old version 1.0 has poor Multiplayer performance and is much more vulnerable to cheating and hacks.
Farms WERE NEVER supposed to work this way, this is actually CHEATING. That's why Microsoft fixed it so long ago. You should play the game the way it was intended, instead of cheating.
To have more Food in Farms, you need to upgrade them with Domestication, Plow and Irrigation (at the Market), that's how the game works (same as in AOE2). I already increased the amount of Food these upgrades give you.
Please change your rating, because it's unfair to rate so low for something that is not even related to UPatch, but to the official version 1.0a from 1999.[Edited on 02/05/15 @ 12:46 PM]

You don't have a proper install of the game. The patch will not work without such, even if you were able to choose a directory (that's why there isn't such option and it's autodetected instead). Reinstall your game or check this solution (post8): http://aoe.heavengames.com/cgi-bin/aoecgi/display.cgi?action=st&fn=1&tn=6380&st=7#post8[Edited on 02/09/15 @ 12:42 PM]

Hi, you said that in final version, you will insert mp3 background music instead of midi files. Can you tell how you manage to achieve that? It would be very helpful to the community. Thanks |

Hey everybody, I downloaded and installed this patch. I cannot play, because I got an error message. It says: UP.dll is missing. Any idea? |
