How can I... sum this up? I think RoR, ehm, Rome, is back. You mean Rise of Rome? No, Rome returns in the Return of Rome. But did it really? I have had the chance to find out a bit more and here's my reply:


So this is what it's like to have an expansion pack to Age of Empires: Definitive Edition. They did a fantastic job. They did everything right. How can you not like this?

Very entertained indeed

I've had time to play through the first two missions of the new sumerian campaign, it's been a tough but fun challenge.

We'll see if I muster the courage to play ranked after I'm a little less rusty ^^

Same here, I need to get used to the gameplay a bit more before I try ranked.

I definitely recommend Sargon, Upto mission 3 atm.

Mission 2 is a pain, don't have red or purple be the second last or you're gonna be in for a bad time when orange rocks up.

You better prepare yourself mentally for Sargon 4. That one is quite the challenge .

I haven't got around to playing it yet, doing some other AoE related stuff at the moment - if it is anything like Trajan in quality I should be in for a treat
