Seems Return of Rome is getting a tournament even before release - and this should be interesting because pro-players from AoE2 from the West (like DauT) and East (like saymyname) will be duking it out! The tournament starts tomorrow, on 6th of May (starts at 17 GMT) and lasts until 7th of May. It is the very first time we get to see actual (expert) gameplay of Return of Rome, and should give you a much better impression of what has changed from the original AoEDE.

Also, and this is quite interesting, is the revelation of new Random Map types, which includeAlliance, Citadel, Desert Ridge, Gold Mountain, Inside Out, Mediterranean, Nomad, Oasis, Plateaus, Sahara.
