I havent made these in a while, have I?

Infantry: C( And that is being generous. Like most civilizations, they have very little reason to be using infantry on the Bronze Age. On the Iron Age, all they get is Legions without-Any-Of the Iron Age Storage Pit upgrades. At least Persians legions are somewhat viable against compies, even if not their best option overral. )

Stables: B-( On the bright side, their Bronze Age stable does have all the units and upgrades, which is what prevents me from rating then lower. On the not-so-bright side... Well, have you-Seen-Their Iron Age? Being limited to Scythe Chariots without Metallurgy( Oh, and the armor tech too, but Metallurgy is probably the most crippling one for scythes ) is not a situation you want to be at.

Archery Range: B( Again, complete Bronze Age archery range keeps then squarely on the territory of "viable". On the Iron Age, they get Horse Archers without the HHA upgrade. While not as much of a powerhouse as the HHA, Horse Archers are a decent menace on their one, though on the long run one can debate whether or not they should use Chariot Archers over Horse Archers. It is worth mentioning that, despite the Iron Age upgrades they lack, their archers are still squarely on the territory of "Decent" on the iron age( In no small part because of just how good CAs are ), though still not as good as the one of many other civs, like the Hittites. )

Priests: A( One of the "top three" Priests civilizations on this game... Honestly, which one of then deserves the "A+" is probably a matter of opinion, but I am declining to give the Babylonians this grade because of how popular, and broken, Martydon-based tactics tend to be, and both the Choson and the Egyptians are better at that. )

Siege: B( Fully upgraded Heavy Catapults. Now, I will freely admit that, I somewhat prefer Helepolis over Catapults because I dont need to worry about friendly fire, but I wont pretend they are useless either. In fact, they are one of the few areas of the Babylonian army that remain viable, powerfull even, well into the Iron Age

Defenses: A+( Wait... Are you saiyng I need to actually explain why? A better question would be "Why not?" The only thing I lament is that their Iron Age is so weak that it kind of makes their defenses feel wasted( Normally, the point of turtling is, after all, to shift in the offensive on the late game )

Economy: B+( They get all the important upgrades. The bonus to stone-gathering is good, but it is more of a defensive bonus then a "economical" one, on my eyes anyway, as its main advantage is that you will be building your fortifications faster )

Navy: C( Because no civiliation without Triremes would deserve higher. Except maybe for the Hittites. They are cool )

You forgot the siege! HCats with both GovCt upgrades should be worth at least a B.

Babylonia is a tough one to rate. They have quite a few good options when it comes to super units but as you say the lack of any pit upgrades (which are more flexible and more cost effective than the super unit upgrades) in Iron is a detriment to all of their units lines. Still I think full Archery Range and Stable unit lines with Nobility in Bronze makes them one of the more flexible civs out there. "Jack of all trades, master of none". Also a fun thing to consider is that they may be ideal for a Wonder victory, but that is a strategy you rarely see employed in competetive play.
