 These are four Windows
95 logo.sys Start Up Screen Logos, Tired of the old Windows
95 boot up screen? Rename one of these logos to logo.sys (ensure
you back up your old logo.sys - just in case you ever want to
go back to that old boring MS one) and place in boot up drive
(normally c:\ ), thats all it takes to enjoy something AoE until
the game is released. Note: Download the logos zip file, NOT
the pictures above! The above pictures were resized to just
give you an idea on what they look like. Also Logo.sys are fully
animated! |

As a response to the Archangels themepack :
"I enjoyed your theme, although I have never made one I
do think it could
use some impovments... It's cool to see those little guys from
the game
moving, but it's hard to see the movement and it's efforts are
wasted. I have a set of wooden tye cursors that I think would
look great on the theme or course the wooden type cursor need
some work, that I can't do... I'll send them to you. Any the
coolest addition would be to get atually game cursors, the arrow
head and sword, I don't know where. Well not tring to put you
down or anything, just giving some comments to you, only because
I kinda collect themes...

7 Cursors
This zip file includes 7 cursors. They are: the normal arrow
head cursor, an hourglass cursor that isn't in the game, a cursor
that has 4 arrows pointed at a circle (another cursor that isn't
in the game), the pointing hand cursor, the sword cursor, the
priest convert/heal cursor, and the the arrow cursor with the
red question mark next to it. |

 Notes:
1. This theme will not appear correctly on some machine unless
your color is set to 65,000 (16bit).
2. Change your "Display Properties" (right click
on the desktop) Plus tab to "Stretch Desktop Wallpaper
to Fit Screen".
Installing:
1. In your C drive make a folder called Heavens Themes. (example:
C:\Heavens Themes ).
2. Unzip the agetheme.zip file into the C:\Heavens Themes
Directory.
3. Move the logo.sys file into your C:\ root directory (example
C:\ ).
4. Move the logos.sys and logow.into your C:\windows directory.
History:
Ver 0.1: Basic Age of Empires Theme Pack.
Ver 0.2: Changes busy and wait animated cursors to Age of
Empires Short Swordsman and rotating Swords. Adds Logo wait
and shutdown screens. New Default install directory.
Future Updates:
More (and better designed) Icons and Animated cursors, more
Age of Empires Sounds.
