All players are isolated on their own island with more than enough recources to do ANYTHING they want, but keep in mind so do the other opponents. It starts out as a technology race but ends up in massive battles. Multiplayer also : No
I don't know what the designer zipped and uploaded but it doesn't make a scenario that I can find. Instead of a .scn file, he has a folder call Program Files. I didn't want to mess with it.
Later...OK, if you open the folder about three layers, the actual .scn file is inside. I'll come back and check this later after I finish all the readily accessible scenarios.

This is my favorite kind of scenario, where each player starts out "isolated on their own island" and builds big navies. I like to gradually attain naval supremacy, then do a nice shore bombardment, and finally a beach head landing.
Unfortunately, I was not "isolated on my own island" as I discovered when my priest converted a passing fishing boat and I did some sea scouting. The designer has conveniently connected all the "islands" with shallows paths as a concession to the computer, so it can basically cheat by walking on water instead of using transports for invasion. So topologically speaking, this is not an island map, but a land map with a few puddles. The enemy will just come marching along as if there were dry land.
If you're playing this and wondering why the enemy are taking 30, 40, 50 casualties when nobody is getting any kills, here's a clue: on the other islands the designer has placed elephants and lions. And naturally in the traditional newbic way, every elephant is an elephant king and every lion is a lion king.
