Playability: 4
Looks like a fun team game. Navy is the key to this game. As well as a constant navy battle, you will need to hold some of artifacts and/or ruins dotted on other islands. I guess the artifacts and ruin element would be less of a factor in FFA games until the final 2 players fight it out.
Balance: 3
More of a navy map than anything, so the challenge is your control of the sea. Using forwards seems too challenging (you will pratically build in the enemy town!) due to the long hike.
Creativity: 4
The designer has actually created something beyond your usual RM games. Good mix of objectives (ruins or artifacts!) on top of your usual conquest.
Map Design: 3
The basic idea is there, but with a little improvement the map could look impressive. The minimap itself shows that a little more care is need to make the map more fair to all players.
Story/Instructions: 2
Basic instructions, no story (none required really). Would have liked a bit more, such as suggested teams etc.
Additional Comments:
If you fancy an alternative RM 2v2, or even a 4 player ffa, this is worth a look. Be prepared for a huge naval fight, and a race to get the artifacts/ruins dotted around the map.

Style: Build and Destroy
Players: 2-4
Map: 4 outlying main islands are connected to a middle island via very long strips of shallows, some isolated islands with ruins/artifacts
Playability: 3
The map is essential a navy map, and it plays quite well. However, the long journey to other islands is quite tedious (for both land and sea units).
Balance: 3
Quite a challenge holding the open sea, and you have plenty of wood to keep you going. However, this map really needs civs with a good navy. Note that you can go for a ruin or artifact victory.
Creativity: 3
The long shallow pathways are quite interesting, and the reliance on a navy to capture and hold artifacts/ruins is also good. However, ruin/artifacts and navy based games are not unique in themselves, with this map simply combining both types.
Map Design: 2
The map looks unnatural/ugly with some misplaced terrain.
Story/Instructions: 2
Very basic with spelling mistakes.
Additional Comments:
Essentially this is a navy + ruin/artifact style map - so if this is your thing then it is worth a trry. In any case, it isn't the best!
