The "Valley of Heaven" is a well done single player scenario. The author put a lot of extra work into the story. The story tells the player how he got where he is and what must be done to win. This scenario has a good looking introductory bit-map with nice looking, hand drawn, terrain. To win, the player must kill an evil shaman from one of the other tribes that inhabit the area. He is quite well protected, so the player needs to be ready for a tough fight. It took this reviewer about an hour and a half to finish. The player starts out in a desert oasis in an area with limited resources and must locate the "Valley" mentioned in the title. It is important to find this valley, as it is full of the resources the player will need to win. Once the player reaches this valley, he will be hard pressed by the 3 computer opponents. The map is quite well done with good use of cliffs and water areas and a wide variety of terrain types. If you're looking for a good single player scenario, this one is recommended.
