Ocean Chaos was designed to be a fast paced and fast thinking scenario. Although it will work in single player, it will be a LOT better for multiplayer. The map is all water so pick a sea based culture. All of the four players will have the same amount of ships and start in different corners. Ther is a "surprise" in the middle!
Strictly a sea battle 6 scouts, 5 war ships, 6 triremes each and a computer controlling some flac in the middle. Basically all water.

Style: Fixed Force
Map: all deep water, with a couple of single tile islands spread in the middle
This makes a quick game with no real replay value. Take your range of ships and beat the other players! You need player 5 to be computer to get the full affect (the central islands will contain some ranged units attacking whatever is nearby, nothing special).
Well, due to the nature of the navy units in AoE there isn't much variety. Maybe with more units you could develop strategies, but as it is, the game is over very quickly.
Navy only map (with a 5th player, human or computer, providing a nuisance). No strong points in the map but it is different.
Map Design: 2
Pure deep water (no mixing of shallows or standard water). Some single tile islands in middle. Nothing special, no real effort.
Spelling mistakes but general instructions etc provided.
Not worth downloading. If you fancy a navy fixed force map then take a look, but it isn't the best.
