A highland game that allows you to either play a defend and build strategy (that might succeed) or an explore and make yourself vulnerable (that might also have great rewards). This game has only been played out on the hardest level, and played fairly well, so give it a go!Singleplayer also : yes
This is a 3 player conquest victory condition scenario with a Stone Age start and high resources. The map features yet another great idea that is not implemented well. Each player begins in a base walled in by cliffs except for one escape opening. Some resources are within the base but the majority of the resources are outside the cliffs but in range so players inside the base can reign missles on anyone brave enough to go inside. That's an awesome idea but it's done badly in this scen. First, the map is split into square quadrants but there's only 3 players. That means one quad is empty. Each player's opening is very close to another player's cliffs except for the player that opens into the empty quad. So basically, that player gets half the map while the others get only a quarter each. Make this a four player map, move the openings away from other player's bases so you move in and out without being attacked, make more than one opening out of the base and remove all those straight lines. Make interesting and random shapes out of the bases instead of perfect squares. There's enough idea here for an awesome scenario but it needs work.
