Zepher's Mod 10.0

Author File Description
Zepher deleted units/buildings that were either useless or replaced by better units.
Gold Farm.Replaced by Placeable Gold Mine.
Wood Farm.Replaced by Placeable Tree.
Stone Farm.Replaced by Placeable Stone Mine.
Gold Farmer. (useless because unit it was for removed.)
Wood Farmer. (useless because unit it was for removed.)
Stone Farmer.(useless because unit it was for removed.)
Placeable land removed because of lack of need was not really needed to begin with.

Extreme changes.
You can now train gold mines and stone mines and trees and berry bushes at the town center.
You can now build the eagle villager at any building.
You can now build gold mines and stone mines and trees from the storage pit.
you can now build berry bushes from your granary.

Cheat Changes
Changes to Jack Be Nimble
This cheatNow changes line of sight and movement speed and hit points.
this cheat also enable resource dumpers which are trained from the Siege Workshop.
This cheat also increases the population limit.

Changes to medusa
This Cheat now only increases the base attack of all units.

will update changes to game as I find them here is the mod.

tanksarevictory how did you manage to change the effects for the cheat codes? is there a special program i can use to do this?

Nope it is simple to change what is done on some cheat codes.

I use Advanced Genie Editor it is great for all types of editing. The latest version that is available is what I use most the time :)

The program is safe to use and also very simple to use if you want me to teach you how to use it I can do so.

tanksarevictory thanks, and its alright, i am very familiar with using a.g.e. i just didn't think it was the right program to use for editing things like cheat codes. would you know, by any chance, how to create new cheat codes with a.g.e or would that not be possible?

I have everything setup all you had to do was send a zip of the folder named mods unless there is something hidden somewhere other then the mods folder.
anyway It is setup what are we fixing/modding or changing? also what do you mean by remaking it?

what time zone do you live in because it is daylight mountain standard time here and I don't want a time zone conflict. at least not a huge one like you living in China or Japan

Can you help me with this. I tried to make a gold farm from the towncenter. I can build it. but my farmer farms food instead of gold. When i change in de editor to eye candy as unit type. i cant set a build place.

can you make a tutorial please. thx.

I tried to make it trainable. i can train a gold farm if it has a unit type as combatant. But when i do this. it farm food instead of gold. I changed every setting to gold. But stil getting food.
If i change the unit type to eye candy, then its not trainable

can you help me with this. thx

here is the info you asked for I hope you use advanced genie editor and the latest version
because otherwise this will make no sense

now to fix what is happening.

what your doing wrong is actually quite simple to fix.

from what you are telling me you must have not changed the skill that gathers from the farm to give out the resource you wanted.

steps to making a new farm listed below

step 1 to making a new farm work
copy the farm which is number 50
change the name of the building and what resource it has.

step 2 to making it work.
copy the farmer 259
change the name of the unit and what resource it collects from the farm.

I never once changed unit type on any of my mods that I uploaded every time I edited unit type game usually crashed so I looked for other ways to make what I wanted be in the game and also work like I made resources build-able by making a new land type which had a 99999% chance of putting out the resource I wanted and then making a vanishing building(a building that dies once played)
and making the land instead of none be the new land type I made thus making it drop out anything I wanted I even made build-able land using this method except using the built in to the game land types

usually to make my own land types I copied the grass
land type and added a new unit to it making it dominate by changing the number of it to the highest number it would allow.
