CompDude~Wolf I reccomend this scenario to no one. I am sorry, but it is completely unbeatable, without the cheats of coarse :-) In this one, you must destroy player 4 within 2000 years, and destroy his wonder. It is gaurded with TONS of stuff, walls, elepahants, archers, and losts of balistas too.The problem is, that you are on a very tiny island, and he is on the other side. You are with players two and three. There is one flaw though, all the water is all the deep waters, in which you cannot build a dock. No dock means no light or heavy transport. No transports or military ships means you cannot destroy the enemy and his wonder. Maybe a little redesigning might help?

SpineMan The only thing I want to know about this scenario is if it was ever play-tested because it is utterly impossible and very poorly designed. Your Iron-Age opponent has just finished building a wonder and you start in the Stone Age with minimal resources on a small island where you can't build a dock. Victory conditions are standard.Three problems:1. 2000 years is not enough time to build up from the Stone Age to defeat a well-defended Iron Age opponent.2. Your island is so small that there's only room for a few buildings.3. You can't build a dock in ocean water and all water on the map is ocean water!Please, for heaven's sake, PLAY-TEST your scenario before you post it for the whole world!!! It will save you from embarrassment.

Playability: 1. Cannot give a zero.

Creativity: 2. It takes a little creativity to create a scen that can't be played. It seems to me that the designer has actually made an attempt to create a playable scenario. I judge this by the hints that tell you how to win. Here's the text that accompanies this scen:

"The lost city of Atlantis is a mythical city heavily fortified that containes large armies and a wonder. You must attempt to make alliences with both of your neighbors to conquer them, with limited resources to work with. Good luck!"

Map: 1.5. Slightly less workable and attractive than a random map.

History etc.: 1. Let it speak for itself: Loss statement: "Pooy on you, na na na na boo boo, stick your head in do do".

Comments: Would Mercedes design a car and then try to sell it without ever taking it out on the track? Never! Would Airbus design a plane and then try to sell it without ever taking it into the air? Never! Would a designer put together a scenario and then foist it on the players without ever trying to play it himself? Always!

skald Scen was remade by somebody else, with same title, on 12-8-98, they credited Miniwabt and said they tried to make it easier to play.
