I have decided to cut the camapign in more workable pieces and have edited them to meet Rasteve's advises. AI and PER files have been updates and so is map design. A tribute bug has been fixed with PER help.
Other parts will follow (much) later.
You will take command of the Romans from their battle for independance till their dominance of all Italy.
Roma Part One: "The Rise To Power" for RoR. Name and date of arrival of part two will be announced here later, a while after the obscure contest is finished.

I definately think this is a lot better than the one you made before, but I also think that it could still use work. The eye candy was very good, but I still believe the maps could use a bit more.
The enemy, in some scenarios, seemed to outnumber your army by way too much. This is a serious issue, because it could make the player lose too quickly. I'd suggest removing part of the enemy armies to make them easier to fend off, but don't remove too much from them, otherwise it'll be too easy.
Overall, I liked it, but I still believe it can be better. Keep working on your maps, and eventually you'll get it perfect.
Good luck

Thanks for the comment. I am still improving this part. My ai and per skills are still increasing and so is my map design. Was it the last map which was to hard? I removed the option to build academies, leaving you only one academy. This was to fix centies overrunning the map.
edit: Could you be a bit more specific about the too hard scenario's. I can't try to fix if I don't know what's wrong.
