The strategic map Danube River was one of the first maps to bring to light the importance of map strategy through the control of a land bridge during game play. The well known Michi style map swaps a river for some trees and adds a unique game play.
Both these maps are essentials for online game play. Download these gamer tested and trialed maps and you can enjoy them. Remember always demand the uncorrupted versions which these represent.
Have not tested it MP so I will give it a base of four, one prob though is that the second team is closer to the middle stash of gold than the other, which might be seen as an advantage.
#2 Whoa he gave some trees, tough looking forest in the middle to hack through, means plenty of time to build up
Plenty of Gold to be had, from trading and mining, I wold have pt a bit more trees in to help.
#2Need a timberjack song for this one, no water, but great balance, pick civs with good bonses here
Pretty standard even team match up for MP.
#2 placed resources for use in MP play spread apart.
Map Design: 3.5
Not much EE work, would have made some elevation areas, a bit flat.
still wold like some elevation atleast
Basic Instructions for MP play
Additional Comments: Nice think I remeber a fellar by thy name ;)

Do multiplayer maps really need alot of EE work? Honestly, and with 6 players, it's certainly going to be worse than normal. Maybe you should re-think your review George? And after all, it's more important to play a multiplayer map than to sit there and goggle at the eye-candy... I'll give this one a look-over myself.
