Ok, this has quite a few issues. Since uruguay isn't really all defined by the sea, a proper template would have accurate elevation, and perhaps in this case forestry. Here, it's not accurate whatsoever elvation or forest wise, and there are a few problems with the coastline--the river is far too big, and it's just not proportioned correctly. On top of that, the map is filled with a complete mess of units, walls and other weird features; it's hardly usable as a template in the first place.
It doesn't hold up on it's own as an RM game or scenario... just blank grass with all sorts of junk sloodged around.
I wouldn't reccomend the download.

AMN please if you have a real problem and think Doc needs to know then it'd be much much quicker to e-mail him. And as I said on the forums he already should have a warning and he should be converting his reviews into comments or justifying them.

Well, this map doesn't look as Uruguay. The only istructions are "You push the trees". It is not useful for designing. Only some terrain and resources here and there.
