Lots of islands in this one. There are your islands, islands full of resources, and islands with ruins. Your island has an elevation trench, resource islands have a lower elevation that the sea and can be hit by the sea from all sides, and the ruin/military islands islands can be hit by a ships. Lots of playing possibilities here.
This is a 5 player standard victory condition scenario with a Stone Age start and default resouces. There are 5 ruins and 5 artifacts. The map is an islands style design but it is not balanced very well. For example, 2 players have berries within sight of the tc, 2 others have to search to find a berry patch and the last player has no berries at all. The map design is poor with lots of squares and right angles. The resource islands off to the side are nice additions but not enough to save this below average scenario.
