Well, what can I say? The scenario hasn't been tested and can't be beaten. Pick another one.
Playability: 1
The game is fairly basic, just build up a base and kill your passive enemy at ease, unfortunately one of your goals is to convert buildings, which Rome can't do last time I checked, and you can't find or make temples anyway. Your starting priests have no upgrades.
Balance: 1
Even without the fact that you can't win, the scenario has no challenge. Anyone can do it given enough time, so why bother? Also note that it's probable that this scenario can be won by conquest, but for the fact you must destroy the two buildings that you must convert at the exact ssame time, and even then I doubt you would win.
Creativity: 2
It seems this was made just to pump out another scenario, as little thought has gone into it. The map has a little work, but objectives are null and void for not being functional, and the story is non existant. I could make a campaign like this that worked in under an hour.
Map Design: 3
A little city design, but no strategy required to win. Not a lot of logic in the placements, and standards are little better than a random map.
Story: 1
Not only does this have no story, the objectives do not work, so I can't even give points there.
Overall: A fairly negative review, but that's what you get if you can't be bothered testing.
