This is only the second demo I have played. I thought it was going to be great but it turned out to be rubbish
Beginning with a nice cutscene, I found it used far too many AVI's in a rather newbic fashion, it was untested and unfinished.
Playabilty: This is where it fell down. A complete lack of testing. Who makes a scenario and doesn't even test it once, and then submits it???
Creativity: Very creative actually. The wizards thing felt a little LOTR but it wasn't, it had a good story, victory and map aspect, so the high score
Balance: Neither scenario can be finished. Here is why: The first you cannot move you transport as a cliff makes the gap too small. The second: Allies and enemies both build in the narrow passages, making it impossible to get through. Test your submissions people!
Map Design: Very nice. One of the strengths. The forests were good but a little too uniform, even though they were mixed.
Story/Instr: Not bad, nice story, but the lack of map use and the fact that there are no parameters (ie your hero dies, you don't lose!) ruins it. Poor english too, but understandable. Would have made a nice campaign but the major flaws just ruin the demo, and there has been no full campaign made, I assume the project was scrapped.
