playability: 4.0
The campaign consists of one short scenario which is pretty cool. Unfortunately a low balance ruins parts of the fun. I played it on hard and I suggest maybe playing on hardest so that your enemies get some more ressources and thus build mor units and are more dangerous. Besides this flaw the scenario is done well with an interesting map and a reasonable goal to archieve. There are many players used which makes the scenario much better than an average submission with only two civilizations combatting somewhere.
balance: 2.0
The scenario is far too easy. Play it on hardest if you want to have at least a little challange. The funny thing is - I don't really know why it is so easy. Your opponents got all nice bases but they seem to have problems with their villagers who got stuck or simply didn't even exist. If all players would work correctly I suppose this scenario would be quite tough even with your allies.
creativity: 3.0
Solid work. Nothing more and nothing less. I liked the victory condition of destroying all wonders. This is indeed possible and it would be just right if the enemies wouldn't have such strange problems. I'm glad to see not another "destroy all" campaign and not another fixed force scenario. The scenario itself plays like one of the original campaigns with a nice build & destroy part.
map design: 3.0
Again a good job here. The map holds elevations, islands, continents and shallows. the forests are not the strongest part but the cities are ok. The designer didn't use any eye candy as far as I remember but by "imprisoning" your ally with trees and walls he puts in some nice tactical elements.
story/instructions: 3.0
Well, it's not much of a story and it is slightly historical but in a way - wrong. I believe, when Ceasar reigned, all of nowadays Italy has already been part of Rome.
There is no bitmap but the hints are ok so I'll give an average score again.
Beware: You have to disable allied victory! the author wrote that vc's are somehow corrupted but it's only due to allied victory. If you disable all works fine.
