In this scenario, it is you against 3 CP players. This was a fun scenario. Basically, you must eliminate the 3 CP players. The map he has created is very nice. It is obvious that he put some effort into it. There is a nice combination effect right outside of your city. He has stuck together a grass patch and a bare oak tree to create what looks like a Bosnia tree on the side of a cliff. Of the three CP players, one ; puts up a pretty good fight (yellow) with a combination of CATS, priests, and legion. There are some surprise narrow passages on this map, but you will have to find this out on your own when the yellow CP player sneaks around a corner that looks like it is closed and begins hacking some of you villagers. Overall it is fun to play if you like a nice relaxed game that's not too frantic. Good job.Difficulty: ModerateRating: ; 6 of 10[Edited on 12/30/04 @ 02:09 AM]

Another nicely done map that is really a multiplayer map. Everyone starts this one in the Iron Age and the stone and gold mines are pretty meager. Again, there are artifacts but the victory condition is conquest only. Not a bad map but nothing special or unique.[Edited on 12/30/04 @ 02:09 AM]

Jungle Fever 2
Playability: 3. Starts with a TC and 3 villies which always turns me off, but knowing this is the same interesting map of Jungle Fever the Original I worked it up and had some good playtime.
Balance: 3.5. I don't know about "nice relaxed, not too frantic", I was so used to playing scens where I can bloom at my leisure and then attack with overwhelming force, I just made lots of villies and started collecting resources. I noticed I couldn't build as many towers as I did in JF1, but I thought my one tower and war elephant could stop most of the invaders. Surprise, surprise, I got totally pwned by the red player in the West, he rolled over me with high end units in less than 20 minutes. I had to start again from scratch.
So I thought it was pretty well balanced.
Maybe if you used mass triremes instead of chariot archers as I did, it would be easier. There isn't a lot of gold on the map and I had only limited success trading with the enemy dock for gold, so I made chariot archers with wood and food, I had endless wood. I used some gold to make a priest to heal my chariot archers and saved the rest for stone throwers for the end game.
The diplomacy setup is every player against every other player, so you would expect to see CP's killing each other, and later in the Editor I did see that happening, but I also saw one CP in the far North bypassing the shorter central axis, marching his troops the long way around the West edge, ignoring the red player shooting his troops half to death, just to get a chance to attack me in the South. Do the CP's have a special hatred for humans? (I first play through the game normally for the review, then check it later in the Editor).
Creativity: 3. Reworked map, quite sophisticated, and a tame lion stuck on a cliff which in JF1 I assumed was a mistake but which now turns out to be an early warning system.
Map: 3. Very nicely composed or reworked, topologically it is a four spoked wheel, any player can get to any other player going across the spokes through the hub, or going around the edge. Many interesting winding access paths. JF2 is different from JF1 in that there is only one tame lion, stabilized, instead of a bunch of free roamers, and there is much less stone. I coudn't build enough towers to stop the West player from totally rolling over me.
History etc.: 1. Nothing except kill the enemy.
Comments: Now recommended for download, to fend off the combined attacks from 3 CPs with not much gold and hardly any stone.
