Similar to many of Mssr. Gratien's scens, there are two large islands with a shallows path connecting them (possibly because the AI is not good at crossing water), there are arrows showing you where to go, and an X showing you where to build your Town Center.
The enemy has numerous ships but they are immobile, not just because they have reached the maximum range of sight of each other and the homeland, but simply because they don't know what to do.
The designer should stop using Aléatoire (random) for his Strat and Pers, and use Death Match and Agressive. But after playing this through once on regular, I tried editing the scen to give the enemy a strat and a personality and it still didn't do enough to slow me down much.
If the designer would play test his scenarios to see what they actually do, he could modify them to do what he wants them to do.
