Egyptian Elites vs. Greek Devils is an interesting scenario. The scenario has two players with one island each (and two shallows connecting the islands). The players have the exact same units, and resources are plentiful. The map was basically a random map, but the islands were extremely crowded. The scenario had no story. Balance was good, but the Egyptian player has some advantages, since he/she controls the wall on the shallows. Also, Egypt's priest, chariot, and gold mining bonuses give it an obvious edge. The scenario begins with priests (but no hoplites or war ships to compensate for the Greeks). The idea was not all that creative, since it is just a build-up scenario with some extra units and buildings. The overcrowding and other factors listed earlier made the playability for this scenario low. I think that this scenario is good in theory, but needs some work to be worthwhile.
