It's very old topic, but I have some questions and conclusions.

AOE Patch 1.0d- Yes it exists, but it works only for AOE without RoR. It's amazing good patch.

Yesterday I found uploaded(2006) trainers and play Multiplayer with Computer. Resources Trainers didn't work, but It was terryfying that trainers with cheats like bigdaddy etc. worked. Thery are good scouts. I didn't find any other trainers with no fog or something like that

My question is How to protect from them in ROR. Patch 1.0c is not good enough. Is there some anti- trainer or you can say how to find "trainer expert"

Today I will play with my friend and We would like to experiment with anty-trainers.

Does anyone else here have difficulty understanding what this guy is saying or prehaps asking?

Too many people say far too much about Gumble. They also claim Gumble says far too much which isnt true.

One man's truth is another man's lie. Seek TRUTH to escape this moral mire.

'Experts' try to analyse human behaviour and the human condition and make grand conclusions. - Its the same as the guy who explains why a joke is funny and kills the joke.

he is talking about cheats which work online (such as resource cheat and no fog).

the 1.0d patch prevent most cheats but not all of them.

now a days the only place free of cheats is IGZ because it forces all players to use only 1 empires.exe (most cheats change the empires.exe).

anyways, playing with knowns is the best way to play a fair game.

Yeah, play with people you know and you can avoid most of the trainer issue.

A noobish question: what are those famous trainers?

From wikipedia It's something like that.
Game trainers are programs made to modify behaviour of a computer game, usually using addresses and values, in order to allow cheating[11]. It can "freeze" a memory address disallowing the game from lowering or changing the information stored at that memory address (representing a game value such as health or ammunition.) It simply manipulates the data at the memory addresses specified to suit the needs of the person cheating at the game...........

It's simply cheating in the Multiplayer game

Next time I will ask every player too download AOE 1.0d. Then I will see who has trainer.

Noobish question. How to unistall Trainer?.

Sorry for Bad English. I forgot few things.

Max_CRAZY - if bigdaddy etc is a problem in IGZ, it is possible to create a data file without the cheat units (therefore the cheat units will not be generated, as they will not exist).

Suppy/Aran - I won't go into the detail but trainers are easier to make than most people think (hence the reason why you can find them for almost any game).

Aran - always be careful with installing, as there is a risk associated with spyware/viruses etc being embedded into the trainer. As with uninstalling, if the program comes with an uninstall.exe then try that, otherwise it may be just the case of deleting the folder/program.
