Okay, so I have been having trouble from the stupid computer always allying with other computers and never with me. I understand how most of the world works. You give person A resources, he allies with you. Isn't that the way the computers work? Anyone know how to get computers to ally with you?

That depends. In a random map game you have to set team numbers. Sometimes a computer player may turn ally for no reason I could discover, but it's extremely rare.
In a scenario you can code a personality file that will make a computer player your ally if you tribute it.

So ultimately you have to pre-set the teams before the game even starts? Gay.... But thanks for the help, Bro.

I'm gonna assume you know how to use per files. If not, look up the granary. But basically, you just:
DEFAULT
217 1 //SNAllowDiplomacyChangeOnTribute Yes
END
Into a per file.

I hate it, when shotting from the catapult or attacking with eles or scythes, when I touch my cp ally he always turns diplomacy to enemy. In my opinion, this is a big mistake of that men that created this game.
By the way, when cp shoots at another cp player, it doesn't matter for him.

215 //SNAllowDiplomacyChangeOnAllyAttack - can be 0 or 1. IIRC if you set it to 0 your ally will not turn on you if you hurt it.

215 0 //SNAllowDiplomacyChangeOnAllyAttack
Like that. You should read the article on the subject.

You put it in the per file you make for the allied civ in your scenario. As I said: read the article. It's worth your while. And it was written to be read.

It doesn't work there. In RM or DM, forget about allies staying loyal. Consider it as part of the deal/game. I hate it, and if I play with an ally, I don't make war eles, cats and scythe chariot. It's sad, but it works.

You can try inserting that line in the regular per files - for instance aggressive.per. Add it at the end of the file, but before the END statement.

I didn't. But there are only six default per files that you can add them to, so have a go at it.
