This is the usual strat I follow. I read Blitz's strat on "how to Bronze in under 15mins on medit". Though I cannot consistently achieve under-15min Bronzes, I can get a pretty big econ and Iron around the half an hour mark. This is basically what I do:

If you are losing the game early on, try to turn the tables and stick as close to the above strat as possible. You will never win somebody who has the upper hand unless you have a superior economy, and this strat is supposed to help you win by the sheer size of your economy. Villager count of 100 is the minimum you want to have. ___________________________________________________ The above strat works rather well against less experienced players in a 1v1. In team games I don't fight so hard on the sea. If my navy is gone, I let it be. It's pointless trying to rebuild if I have at least 2 opponents ganging up on the sea against 3 players with decimated navies. I just go all out for the land. Of course, the point of this thread is not about my strat. I want to get better in medit. I can win half of the players on the Zone now in medit games. I want to get above being an average medit player and become a good player. I believe I'm already "doing it right", just that I need to improve on some areas. I'm hoping to play medit with Blitz and get a few tips from him. Of course, any other forumer is welcome too. Any tips for faster Bronzes and bigger navies? I don't always win the sea... You know how I give up easily. [This message has been edited by Duan Xuan (edited 09-21-2004 @ 11:01 AM).]
