I'm not sure.
Anyway, Macedonian priests aren't bad in scenarios, almost as good as Hittite helepoli, which are good when you want a really strong enemy in a scenario.

You mean, in custom scenarios? That could be. If you give a post-imperial computer player a unit that it doesn't normally get, all possible upgrades for that unit seem to be automatically researched.
