1. Try the fastboom with phoenie in the old AoE, if you don't have it you can get the demo version from MS's site.
Owning AoE is a prerequisite to playing RoR, you need it.
2. The 2 opponents were egyptian and hittite, respectively. If I had seen yamato, I would have been doing something else.
Hittite can pull off a really nice, slightly delayed tool archer attack.
3. 2 land vills and over 5k food in the bank isn't so bad, I think. Plop down some TCs in allied territory and you're back to high villie counts in no time.
No chance you have 5k in the bank. You lose your wood vills you lose the sea. You lose the sea and you lose all your fishing and you now have 2 vills, some food, no wood and no chance. BTW when did we turn this into a 3 vs 3? And let's just say you do run to your partners land. You are out. Out, sorry but it's a fact. You've lost your land. My economy will now expand to your old land and take your trees and your gold. Your team's total land area has been reduced by 1/3. You will be sharing res with your partners (trees in particular). And for at least 10 minutes while you rebuild my team enjoys a nice 3 vs 2, really 3 vs 1 1/2 because you will have to be helped, protected, and share resources with one of your partners. How about we try this with a custom scenario. I'll start you out with 5k food and enough wood for 1 TC and I'll take a standard economy that has roughly 40 vills and maybe 400 food, 600 wood 300 gold. We'll see who wins. You up for it? Oh yeah, you haven't even played in half a frigging year. Your skills are really up to par aren't they? You can't hang with Demon Child. You can't hang with Popov. You can't hang with Tenaciti. You can't even hang with me. You are an intermediate at best, and you are a sorry one at that. Your strategies are horrible and won't work when applied to real life (like communism), but you claim to be able to do them. Yes you can do all you want to vs hit and egypt when two rookies are playing them. You play against me and make only 12 land vills you lose. I'll put money on it. I'll put my first born child on it. All I have to do is kill 5 vills and you are out of the game. My huge economy (on land and sea) will crush your weak, "Look at me I can tool in 2:30" economy. Being first to bronze means nothing. Suppose I bronze in 8. I hit bronze with 30 wood and 25 food. What did I accomplish? Suppose now I hit bronze at 14, and I have 600 food, 800 wood and 4 archeries with which to pump CA on your sorry ass? Do you see the point I'm making? No you don't. You are right I'm wrong I'm sorry I messed with the greatness of Wedsaz, who hasn't playing in a half a year. Please don't hurt me oh great God of RoR
