Hi Lucifer
Since you have read all the tool rush strat guides let me throw out a few keys that you may or may not have noticed.
If you are going to use a 14 villagers BRUSH strat, remember to put no more than 3 villagers on wood until you hit the tool upgrade button. One scouts for food etc, 10 are put on food, and 3 on wood. When you hit the tool upgrade button, move almost all of your food gatherers to wood and send three villagers scouting for the enemy (1v1 requires 3 villager scouts, team games with fixed position requires less). Build your barracks during the transition to tool either at your home base (AoE) or near the enemy (RoR), but get it built before you reach tool. After you have enough wood to build at least one range and one stable near the enemy move more of your villagers back to food. One berry patch and 2 elephants, 2 fish, or gazelle by wood is enough to BRUSH with.
There will be a delay between the time you build your 14 villagers and when you have 500 food to tool with. This used to bother me because I was locked into the typical fast bronze mentality of continually make new villagers until I got 500 food. You may know all of this but I threw it out just in case.
