Walling and keep the CPU player out is the issue here. He will be so stupid to hack with his cavs on your wall instead of bringing in some stone throwers.

WHAT? You can't beat the comp? Only 6 farms? Think BIG. Try 30 peons instead of 20. Don't even worry about walls, just focus everything on getting to bronze.

Monko you are wrong. Any attempt of booming without walling against hardest CPU will fail. On hardest level the CPU starts with more resources. I'm not sure but I think I've read somewhere that it's 2K wood and food. That's why he moves through the ages so soon. Your first priority should be fast tool and get the walls up. Then start booming behind the walls. By the time he will get stone throwers you should be Bronze already. Once you are in Bronze you can go on the offense.

I boom against the computer all the time, and I think walling against the computer is cheating. The real key to beating the computer is spreading out. The computer is pretty dumb, it'll go for your buildings if it does'nt see villagers, so spread out so you don't lose a lot, and boom like a fiend. All you have to do is survive that first rush and then the computer peters out and is a pushover.
