How do you win the third scenario. I kept Xerxes, Abner, the scout, the archer hero, and the priest hero. Managed to capture City of Jerusalem without having them change to enemy status. Built the town the best I could but still no victory.

I played the scenario in question and although it was tough the victory conditions were spot on. Did you build all the buildings in the required locations (they have to be just like the instruction map).. If still unsure email the author Imhotep at fourwinds@home.com.

I tried building them to his instruction but the market is where I think the temple should be. I also couldn't build the town center close the wall so I had to put it more in the middle. A co-worker is also stumped. I emailed Imhotep Sunday night and haven't got a reply yet.

BPar - you won't get the Victory message unless you put the right buildings on the right spots. imhotep used the "Create Object in Area" individual victory condition when he designed that scenario. BTW, imhotep will not answer your e-mail; he has moved from that address and dropped out of the AoE/RoR world for a while.

Thanks for the help. I found I couldn't see the desert for all the grass in Jerusalem. The other thing I was missing was a full understanding of capture. I thought it was like a ruin or arc where you just have to go near it not actually convert it.
