About the patch that came out last year (first post :D)

I noticed your forums are actually not dead. Something that past me the first time visiting this site. Not guna lie. Thought I was the only one itching for a good classic AoE game

I use to play the demo in school all the time (the teacher would play as well) and (IMO) I was only second to the teacher (although he had some annoying rules, 10 min wait and no painting). Non the less, still a shit ton of fun! (we also played Quake3 arena which I was 2nd to none. (I think I was the only one taking those games seriously though))

Years have past and I am between games and thought I would check out AoE again after hearing my friend was playing the second one. I am not fond of the 2nd one. Such a massive fail.

I finally came across this site and found it had some useful information but didnt bother checking the forums since 10 years is a long time to keep it live. GJ on that BTW.

Back to the topic at hand though - I found the patch that was released in November or something and thought most of those updates were cool. But the link to download it is not working??

If it is no longer available thats fine. Was just curious. Glad this forum isnt dead and hope to play some1 soon

It sounds like you want the RasPatch or Age of Heroes. If that is the case I believe we do have copies of those in the granary under the mods section.

yes we're not dead i think...in fact as you would elarn chinese and vietnamese fellas play this as it wa splayed in the US during AoE's heyday :P
