RoR: Samnites, Bruttii, Lucanii, Umbrians, Gauls, Syracuse, Etruria, Numidia, Seleucid Empire, Parthia, Britons, Germans
Also some new units would be nice. AoE is still a nice game for the real fan, but it lacks the number of units and most important: It has no nation unique units. Look at rise of nations or Rome Total War. I hope they will make a new version of aoe1 with new graphics and more accurate units and buildings.

Only one choice?
AoE: I would have loved to see the Indus Valley civ as they were one of the craddles of civilization, almost as old as Sumerians.
Also the Parthians as they were one of the first famous central asiatic people who caused trouble at persian and greek peripheries.
The Nubians and Lybians were quite important in Africa, south of Egypt and west of Egypt respectively, even conquering the Egypt at times.
RoR: The Mauryans which were within the Indian subcontinent and more typical of the period of time considered in RoR.
There are many other civs i would like to see, but i mentioned those wich i consider with the the most important and widespread influence (following the civilizations already included in the games).

Not may fave civs (which is irrelevant) nor the most relevant (this is important) but what can i do... most of the time most of the people is wrong in their choices. Democracy is now used to please the mob.

In terms of the Israelites - maybe Judaeans would be more appropriate. In any case, these would fit well with the original 12 civs, don't you think?
I do like the idea of the Indus Valley but Israel was an important stage for many ancient conflicts (and still is now!).
In terms of the Gauls, I think this would be a good choice. A well known enemy of the Romans. The other good suggestion would be Parthians. Not sure on the Britons - they stayed on their own island until around 1500AD!
