This was a poll to vote for a civ you feel is missing from AoE, and a civ you feel is missing from RoR.
The results have been counted and verified by our good friends in Jalalabad.
And the winners are:
AoE: Israelites RoR: Gauls
The Indians have already declared their protest at the AoE results, stating voters were confused by the many Indian choices available, but stopped short of claiming corruption.
Both the Britons and Celts had initially made press releases denouncing the Gauls. However, the Gauls have promised a power sharing scheme with the Celts and an early warning Roman invasion station in the English Channel to quell election unrest.

Phoenician^Colonies=Carthage
Britons are the non-celtic original peoples of Britain Celts migrated into Britain
Gaul is more defined to the celts which settled western europe (mostly concerning modern France).
It is kind of like the Phoenician and Carthaginian definition problem with RoR (i.e. shouldn't these be the same?).
Both both Carthaginian and Gallic peoples are more akin to the Romans (than Phoenician and Celts) which makes Gaul a good choice.

But Phoenician colony was more poweful than cities like Sydon and Tyr. They created new country. It's like USA and England, but no war between them.
