It is possible create an AI going to 200 population. The game is more interesting than 50 population and more challenging.
The problem is that after 5 minutes of playing the game crash.
If the game age of empires let the computer do battle at 200 population in my opinion the game will grown up in his popularity , just because at 200 pop is more chalenging AI , more strategic and interesting than 50 population.
When edited I think the AI in age 1 react better than age 2 and age 3 , especially in DM.
After 13 years of existence of this great game , I don t understand why not fix the crash and allow the computer do great battles at 200 population. Maybe because a lot of people don t know that computer can reach 200 pop. In fact using AIedit and rorpop limit programs it is possible.
It is just a suggestion to fix the crash , and promote intense and fun battles at higher population with the computer.

Set //SNAutoBuildHouses to YES , or just delete this entry in per file because the default is set to Yes.And it will work with //SNHouseOverage set to 160 (for 200 pop).
It crashes for you Ninetails , you see , it is not fixed yet.
Multitasking a lot of units gives more strategy to the game

Both (small pop limit and big pop limit) have good points. With small population you need a good microgerenciament and in big population you need a good multitask. Both are needed to master a RTS game such as aoe.

yes it crash even i set cp pop to 90 in 1 vs 1
1 more question if i gave cp to egypt civilisation and gave them priests only they do not attack themselves to enemy town but defend only is there any ply file for this
