Hey i just wanted to give a link to my aoe/ror clan if anyone is intrested. I didnt include the link in this message since i think its agianst the rules? but its in my signature and profile, or just google my name.
Looks nice enough, but hey, if you copy our Civilizations pages to your site - and that's not allowed you place a copyright notice on your pages so I assume you know what that means - then you should at the very least place a note that they're taken from here, right? Especially if you do plce that notice on your walkthrough pages.

Ive had those pages there for quite a long time, sorry about that i didnt know they originated from here. Ill place a copyright notice and a link here under each one when i get time. Thankd for the feedback mate.
I admit that those civ pages aren't the best pieces I ever wrote, but I'd make time to place that note there really fast as I should really tell you to remove them from our site altogether.
Can't say off-hand. As I said, it looks really nice, and coming from me (this is my portrait: ) that means something. There's a typo in vidoes and I think the nav bar titles (Stone age etc.) are confusing at first. I'd also force a greater height for the bottom bar with the (c) notice so the background graphic isn't so sadly maimed. Last: if you provide a link to an article, you'd better make damn sure that the article exists. meaning to say, provide descriptions of the AoK civs or leave the links out (in that case you can leave out the AoE links and articles as well).
AoEH doesn't regularly add fan sites to the Links section, but it certainly won't add links to websites that steal its stuff or that don't meet some basic quality standards. One very basic requirement is that all your internal links actually give what they promise. I hate to click a link only to get a message page not found or No content.
Now I did a fair lot of work for ya, right? Please to repay in kind.

Hmm sorry, the articles wont show unless your signed up, therfore the links just sent you bak to the homepage. Thate explians that. Also i didnt mean to "steal" your articles. Ive added "the original content has been provided from http://www.aoe.heavengames.com/.
Also yes, its a multiplyer clan, we play via IP and talk through MSN for games. Alot of akc's are on msn all of the time so we play custom made maps that our members contribute to the clan.
Wrong - I didn't sign up but got to see the civ pages for AoE. When I click on an AoK civ link I get an empty page with the text "No Article Categories defined".
Also, I'd not make life hard for casual visitors. If they have to register to see if you have any worthwhile content they may just try the next site - that's what I'd do - AoEH doesn't require you to register to download campaigns and scenarios or to read articles. You should be thankful for anyone straying in and make sure you keep them coming back. Show them what you have in store for them and reserve registering for whoever wants to join the forum discussions - more to prevent spammers than for anything else.
Okay, you added a link. It'd be better to replace "The original content has been provided from Click Here" by "(c) Age of Empires Heaven". That's what you did for the campaign walkthroughs and I don't see why these articles would be treated any less.
Good luck.
