Yeah i know dumb question. but im absolutely stumped. I created the dock, and a boat. Now im stuck. I don't know how to make the boat go fishing. I can move the boat around, but it doesn't gather fish. I tried to put a villager inside the boat, but that doesn't work. I checked all options for everything, i have no idea how to make this boat go fishing.
Please help.
and sorry for such a noob question.

Welcome!
To fish with a Fishing Boat or Fishing Ship, do the following:
i) Make sure you have a dock available so that your fishing vessel has a place to deposit the food collected from the fish.
ii) Select your a fishing vessel;
iii) Right click on a fish patch; and
iv) Watch as your fishing vessel collects fish from the fish patch and returns to the dock to deposit the food collected.
Your fishing vessel will automatically continue collecting food from the fish patch until the fish patch is exhausted. After the fish patch is exhausted, your fishing vessel will tend to continue fishing at a nearby fish patch. However, if there are no nearby fish patches, the fishing vessel will remain idle in the area of the exhausted fish patch.
Note that you may also spear fish adjacent to the shore with villagers.

I'll just say this plainly, and apologies when I sound rude.
When I download a campaign to play it, I want to play a campaign. I don't want to watch a movie, especially not when it's a movie that I probably already have sitting on my hard disk. I can still remember a campaign that was e-mailed to me by somebody when I still had a malfunctioning modem @56K that completely bogged my system - and it probably had nothing more than enough scenarios in it to include all of the cinematics on the CD (two per scenario to be precise), and they were probably bad. I want none of that anymore, thank you.
