No discussing of hacking the game in here, thank you very much. We are law-abiding people here, and we don't want our respectability to be insulted. The full game, together with the expansion pack Rise of Rome, is available for some $6. If that's too much for you, conclude that you don't really like the game. I paid much more for both, and have never regretted it.

If you know Turkish people living in for instance The Netherlands, it's easy to get a copy as the gold CD's grow a lot in Dutch toy shops.

Hi TG,
Can i enable Scenario Editor in beta?
It's already enabled, first go into the single-player menu, then go back to the main menu again, the scn editor should work now.
Can i hack the beta(add new civs, capmaigns etc)?
Hacking is not supported in any way. We do support modding however, which means you would need a lot of expierence with the Data structures and/or Hex-editing. This only applies to the data (empires.dat, empiresx.dat) and graphic (graphics.drs, interface.drs) files.
Quoted from Dean:
Considering you haven't even bought it, you don't deserve to use the editor
If this is true, don't bother joining the community, TG...

Same here, 100 Gulden for the Gold Edition (~ 40-45 Euros). I recently bought a new Gold edition (the Ubisoft exclusive dvd box) which I now use for playing, as my original disk is a bit scratchy, and the Redbook music doesn't play properly during in-game, sadly. What I didn't know before buying was this Ubisoft version didn't have Redbook music either (pretty lame), only midi, which was one of the primary reasons I wanted to buy a new Gold. It seems I somewhat wasted my money - I need the original package if want to expierence the full thing again.
e-bay and stuff dont serve in Turkey..they say that "they deliver to all europe"(including israel)but not here...*sigh*..my brother is searching for it.

Get it FedExed or UPS. In any way possible. Or go to a local superstore.
