I am use to make scenarios with human players vs computers for multiplayer game using AI editor and Per Editor.For single player mode it works very well no problem but
I have noticed that computer donīt respect the function //SNCapCivilianBuilders (I put 6 villagers) of the Per Editor because in multiplayers game he use always 2 or 3 villagers only to build.
How can I solve that?
It will be better for computer to built with more villagers to built faster and would be more stronger.

CapCivilianBuilders sets a maximum of builders allocated. That is, having a CapCivilianBuilders of 6 means that there can be a maximum of 6 builders at one time. 2 and 3 is below that value.
