I'd just like to let everyone know that I'm back from my hiatius. My computer completely busted and just now I've gotten a new one-I didn't blow out on you guys!

I'll be releasing and adding-on to a few of my projects very very soon. So keep and eye out!

glad to see you back Dean

Sorry about your computer troubles..try investing in a flash drive. It helps save those precious files in case your computer decides to randomly hate you like mine does...all the time...lol

Floppy's are crap, outdated, tend to get stuck often and have very limited space. I always put my work/important stuff on either my additional harddrive or USB stick so it won't get lost if something might happen.

lol, that was in 2002, I believe: I had not a CD writer back then, so I had no alternatives. Now I use USB sticks, but I still like to use floppies for copying small, non-vital files. Nostalgia never dies. Anyone needs 5" 1/4 floppies? I still have a fair amount of them, somewhere in the cellar.

ah yes, still have that ole handed down big floppys drive around LOL. One good thing with those is if you were carrying state secrets (in other words Andreas latest works) and are ambushed (probably by a group of KGB Kiwis) you could always download the contents directly to you digestive deletion folder.

Thanks again everybody.

At the moment it seems that AOE works fairly well with Vista... I had a few problems installing it but for the most part it works fine.

Kinda suprising i guess...
