I've played Caesar 3 (Mac) on a off for a few years and I like the game quite a bit. I'm wondering if any forum members with experience in both games can give me of how the games are similar and how they are not.

Welcome.
This forum is about AoE 1, for AoE 2 try the AoK forum. I didn't play Caesar III but Pharaoh. IMO city builder games are a different cup of tea, yet I like both genres (up to a point). I don't like massive battles and high population games in the rts style and I don't quite like building massive monuments for many years in Pharaoh.

Thanks. I have reposted to AoK Forum. No further responses are sought.
