Hey... i am feeling left out. Do these places HAVE to be governed by a PRESIDENT? I am Canadian, I've got a Prime Minister. Maybe in the SN design forum it could be with a PM because Rasher is Canadian! (Actually, he lives across the harbour from me)

Some countries actually have both. A president handles mostly external matters, while a prime minister handles mostly internal matters. In some cases the president is replaced with some form of royalty, like the Queen in UK and canada.

Well, Canada's sovreign (sp?) is higher up then the PM. The highest person on Canada's list is actually the Governer General (Adrian Clarkson) who signs all the bills passed by the Assembly. This is sort of like the American's cynical system, it keeps people out of too much power. The GG can get rid of the PM in extreme cases, and the Queen can boot the GG.
