Is it possible to make a CP shore fish? If it is, I imagine it must be some tag in the PER file.

I've tried an experiment. I made an AI that would create 50 villagers, used DEFAULT.PER, and gave the CP enough food for ten. The only food source was a large pond full of shore fish. I gave them 10000 wood, so that storage pits could be built. I used a small grass map.

-Results-
The first two villagers went exploring, and the other 8 cut wood. When the whole map had been explored (I determined this with writing), and all the trees were gone, the villagers simply stood still. Not a single fish had been speared.

If there is a way to make the CP hunger for fish, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, in case you wanted to know, go to the bottom of the page, click on the pulldown labelled "Hop To" and select scenario editing.

From everything I have tried, you cannot force the AI to shore fish.
