I'm experiencing more often in RoR tahn AOE following: when my hunters have used all food from an elephant, the first of them attacks the next phant, resulting in a mass murder of villagers. Is the difference in villager behaviour, elephan behaviour or are the close together elephants positioned differently from AOE?
(hehe) i think it is the same in AoE, though all animals seems more aggressive in RoR.
A wounded vills is more often getting attention of a sleeping gator or lion becasue it smell blood
Yesterday, I did it again, 2 vills die to en elephant when I had my attention on a tool war.

Elephants might not be more aggressive, but don't run your Schyte chariot next to them...
The reason is obvious... your schyte hurts the elephant just by standing next to it. I was quite supprised the first time it happened

This was always a problem, my approach is to get all the micromanagement out of the way at the beginning i.e. kill both (or more of the elephants) while the peons are grouped. The peons are then divided between the elephants to collect food. It may take slightly longer before the food is gathered initially and it might mean slightly more rots but it is safer for the peons (sorry vills). Hari
