There was one I didn't know out of Jehu's list, but prolly half from armagedn's list... But I got an excuse. I grew up in backwater South Dakota, where we could only get one radio station and had to drive about 25 miles to the nearest town. (Gas station/post office/bar/general store (one building), church, a couple dozen houses and a blacksmith shop. (Not just for horses. I'm not quite that old).

BTW, FWH_Wolfpack DING, DING, DING, we have a winner! The judges will accept that, but the correct answer is "Dick Nixon"

Keep your stick on the ice.

Sadly, my own generation doesn't have a convenient epithet for marketing demographics. For those of us in the post-Boom, pre-Slack birth-period (mid-60's), w/ no real banner to rally 'round, who neither wore tie-dyed t-shirts nor baggy pants w/ 3-foot long pockets (hanging well off our asses), we will simply have to content ourselves w/ seeking out our own choices on clothing, movies, & music, since no one has yet figured out how to "target" us... sigh.

good to see i'm not the only person with some mileage on me. I'm also bitter when I hear that the music I listened too AFTER undergraduate is now featured at the local clubs retro night and all my favorite songs have now been covered by different bands and each successive generation doesn't know who did it 1st.
