I wouldnt worry about it so long as you receive no compensation for it.
If your selling the copies, you would clearly want to get into contact with microsoft before continuing.
If your posting them on a site where either charge admision to, or more likely have advertisements that pay you a small penny for hits then you might be in legaly shady areas, but I still wouldnt worry unless you start making some serious money(so doubtful I can say dont worry)
to be safe you can mention that the scenerios are based on works done by Microsoft(tm) and credit them, etc.
But all in all, the only time you really need to worry about copyright infrigenemtn is when
a.
You steal the work and pass it off as your own with no credit in such a manner that enough people will notice, that it will hurt microsofts sales or set a legal precident that could cause microsoft to lose a legal battle in the future when someone else does it to an extent that hurts their sales.
or
b. you start making money off it.
After all that my final thing to say is this
Microsoft isnt gonna waste any time sueing you, it would be double bad publicty(sueing someone for this?) eh, and would not protect nor increase their income.
